xCenta is a trading division of PIB Risk Management, formerly Sigerson Associates, an award-winning risk management company providing a broad range of risk management services. xCenta started life as a paper-based health and safety system dealing primarily with the motor trade.
Over 15 years we have gained invaluable insight into the strengths and weakness of our clients when it comes to managing their business risks. Our experience keeps telling us that strong risk management needs the right leadership, culture and, importantly, process. And that’s where xCenta comes from. We have worked with our clients, and we continue to do so, to develop effective, systems-based processes which enable them to translate good intentions into good outcomes.
xCenta has been built using the combined strengths of commercially experienced risk management advisers, with deep, industry-specific expertise and systems development expertise, working hand-in-hand. We understand the complexities of compliance and legislation, and there are very few scenarios which we have not dealt with several times before. With that insight and knowledge, we are continually able to build new functionality into the xCenta system and deliver an exceptional risk management platform.
About PIB Risk Management
PIB Risk Management was formed from two leading risk management providers, Ford Risk Management and Sigerson Associates, bringing years of experience and expertise together to form a truly unique business.
We’re focused on providing simple, creative and effective solutions to risk management, that really work in the workplace. We tailor our solutions to each and every client, so they can be certain that the solution they have in place is perfectly suited to them.
Our ever-expanding team of risk professionals is based throughout the UK, so there’s never a risk manager too far away, no matter where you are based. Our team draws on a wealth of experience from the past roles within areas such as enforcement, consultancy, education, facilities, and construction, to name a few. This wide-ranging experience is harnessed to ensure we offer the right solutions, every time.
We are passionate about what we do. We are problem solvers, designers and innovators, and we get excited by the opportunity to work with our clients and alongside our risk management colleagues. It's this environment that has allowed us to drive the xCenta system to where it is today, and we are proud of what we have done.
As a team, we have a broad mix of skills but something that we all share is an ability to listen.
